The Public Quran Campaign recently gained agreement from the mosque to install a verse of the Qur’an. We chose the first verse from the opening chapter – surah al fatihah – of the Qur’an.
All that the mosque needed to do, was agree to the verse and the location. In this case the verse suggestion was from the Public Quran Campaign, in Palmers Green Mosque the verse suggestion was theirs. After that, we at the Public Quran Campaign take care of everything else. No planning permission is needed for our standard signs, but if you want a larger sign, we will in sha’ Allah help with and pay for getting the planning permission too. After the verse was agreed we instructed the sign manufacturers to do make and install the sign and it was there within only a matter of days.
